Triangle Native, Local Knowledge, Southern Hospitality!
I'm Elaine Kennedy, and I'd love to help you find a wonderful new home and/or sell your current one. I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Triangle area, and I'm dedicated to providing knowledgeable and professional client service. I'm consistently a top agent in my office, and I would listen to your needs and work hard for you too.
A Triangle native, I was born in Raleigh and grew up in Cary. I know and love this area! I attended Wake County Public Schools, graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and received an MBA from UNC Greensboro. My husband and I have three kids who are young adults and two goldendoodles.
I started my career in marketing and communications and transitioned into real estate. I've been a Realtor for buyers and sellers in transactions totaling over $50 million.
Fun fact: My father was a real estate attorney in Cary back when it was a small town (I think he was the only one!) and I worked part-time in his office in high school and college. I've been around real estate sales my entire life!
I've volunteered in the local community through schools, sports and the YMCA for the past 25 years. Currently, I'm on the Advisory Board of the Taylor Family YMCA in Cary and president of a sorority House Corporation at NCSU. I'm a member of the Friends of Greek Art committee at the NC Museum of Art and enjoy supporting philanthropic organizations through my church.
Professionally, I mentor new agents in my firm and am on our office's Agent Council. I'm a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, Triangle MLS and Knockout Networkers.
Although I'm from this area, I've also lived in three other states and I understand what it's like to move -- the excitement of a new home, the big job of packing and unpacking, and the anticipation of new friends, new schools and maybe even a new way of life!
Whenever you're ready, I'll be happy to help you get moving! But don't just take my word for it, please read the Customer Reviews and see what others have to say about working with me. I will also be happy to provide references.
The best ways to contact me are 919-605-2636 (call or text) or KennedyE@hpw.com
Thanks, and please let me know how I can help!
